The three phase synch romps disc brake motor is a kind of new motor which is completely enclosed and cooled by itself. This motor is characterized by it's advanced technical performance, brand-new structure, small volume, short axial tension, teat brake torque ,quick braking and accurate positioning. It is also reliable to operate and easy to maintain. The motor is designed and made entirely according to the national mechanical standard: JB/T-6222-92 and JB 5317.3.Thefluctuation of the motor apply the construction suspension basket doesn't exceed 3‰.The motor hoist accord with national hoist craft standard. Structure:

The three-phase asynchronous disk brake motor is different from the traditional three-phase asynchronous squirrel-cage motor in structure. Its stator and rotor are made up of two disk cores. A disk brake device is attached to the rotor so that this motor is compact in structure .There are two types of motor, one is equipped with a hand-operated clutch, while the other without a hand operated clutch .The motor can be started quickly and stopped right after the power is off. Flange mounting is employed when the motor is fixed.
